In taking a new sub, would you prefer to have a newbie with no experience whatsoever, or one that's been in the lifestyle for a fair amount of years with experience? Why?

Definitely an experienced one. While the idea of training a boy "your way" has a certain attraction, in reality, it's actually better to have a boy who knows that different Dommes desire things different ways and who has the basic underlying desire to serve rather perhaps just being there to explore his own fantasies and desires.

Hopefully, in that time, he has also learned some good skills, both in and out of the bedroom, and has experience in pleasing a woman.. from cooking and cleaning, to giving a good massage and finding her g-spot.
